About Andrew Jurdan, LMT

Andrew helps clients with a broad range of issues including injury recovery, chronic pain, pregnancy, physical conditioning & training, and other stresses of the human condition.

He uses an integrative approach to massage & bodywork drawing from many different styles including: Zen Shiatsu, Russian Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, PNF (a movement therapy), and Structural Integration.

Andrew has also been teaching massage therapists and students since 1999. He shares his passion for learning in various subjects including: zen shiatsu, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, sports massage, pregnancy massage, and research literacy.
